The most famous Green Diamond in the world is The Dresden Green. This is a large diamond weighing 41 carats and pear cut. Thought to have originated from India the huge diamond resides at the Dresden Palace.
Green diamonds with a deep emerald green are incredibly rare diamonds and are highly sort after.
Green diamonds are used in all types of jewelry. Blue green diamonds and light green diamonds are more common than the deep green diamonds and are used in fine diamond jewelry including rings, necklaces, studs, wedding rings and broaches.
